Therapy should not be a matter of years. I use different approaches, which can help you to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, in approximately 12 - 24. Through the use of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Brief Therapy techniques, I can assist you to create a “map" which will guide you toward the goals you are striving for in terms of your mental well being.
I also work with a Jungian approach in dreams. If examining your dreams and getting to know the different archetypes that exist within them is something that you would like to explore, we can embark in the most fascinating quest of deciphring the hidden messages and codes of your psychic. Dreams have their own language; when we listen and pay attention, they reveal to us things about ourselves, the past and the future, that we were not in touch with, but that we are required to examine in order to continue becoming our best self.

About myself: I was born, and raised in Santiago, Chile. I came to the United States more than 20 years ago. I hold a BA in Latin-American Literature, as well as a Minor in German, and an MA in Counseling Psychology. I have lived in a few countries around the world, such as Luzern, Switzerland, and I studied in Munich, Germany. While in Chile, I studied Opera in the conservatory.
