- EMDR trained (if you are not EMDR trained, you will be given 6 months from your employment date, to get EMDR trained).
Trauma therapist - trained in other trauma based treatment modality
All BBS licensed clinicians are welcome to apply
We also require Asian therapists who can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil, (or another Asian languages) as a second language
Therapists who understands Asian cultures; example Chinese and Indian cultures.

This is a REMOTE position for clinicians in the U.S. who are licensed in California, with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

This is a great side gig for those who want to maintain their current full time position and work at QRC for a few hours.
Our patients cannot cancel sessions.
Life happens, it is mandatory for the patients to make-up the session within 3 days.

Quick Results Counseling QRC is a California based group practice with locations all over San Francisco Bay Area and southern California. We are expanding to more cities in California. We are interested in doing a collaboration with your practice. You can keep your practice and clients. This is additional income for you. High-quality outpatient and online psychotherapy services are offered to individual, couples, children, and groups, to assist in addressing mental health concerns. You can work remote indefinitely, OR split between remote and in-person sessions. We will not control that. You will always be in charge. . .
What does QRC provide?
You do NOT have to do marketing - we have a marketing team to bring in patients for you
You do not have to do intakes - we have intake coordinators who will see if the patient will be a good fit for you, and match the best fit clients.
We will get the clients / patients for you, including their intake paperwork and informed consent completed before the session You do not have to deal with billing or insurance companies - we have a 16 person admin team who will do that for you
You do not need to collect payments, chase clients or insurance companies for payments.
Our billing team will do that for you.
Our intake team will get ALL of your first session, with a patient scheduled for you.
3 different days of mandatory evenings from 4pm - 8.50pm.
Your last patient for your evening will be 8.00pm, and it ends at 8.50pm.
You are able to do split shifts and have a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Maintain a current, unrestricted clinical license or registration to practice therapy in California Hold CA state license to practice mental health EMDR trained clinicians are strongly desired - not mandatory
Community mental health clinical experience is a bonus Successful at couples therapy is a bonus (e.g. Gottman / EFT) Flexibility with early morning, late afternoon and evenings (weekends - maybe?) is a bonus . .
You are an ideal candidate for this job if
You possess a strong work ethic Able to take directions easily from our intake / administrative team.
Newly licensed or have a lot of experience
You have comfort in working with individuals, couples, children, teens, and groups.
Ability to provide supervision to associates / interns is a plus
5 - 60 units of clients seen per week - split into 3,4,5,6,or even 7 days - you decide.
We are flexible
You will always be in charge of your work hours - flex schedule of 35 hours / week.
We do NOT need the regular 9am - 5pm, as our patients are at work. We need clinicians who can give us hours when prospective patients are NOT at work.
MANDATORY - (minimum 3 different evenings), you must be available to work from 4pm - 8.50pm (or if you prefer, later): LATEST client is from 8.00pm - 8.50pm.

There is currently a demand for weekends - so if you can work weekends, that is a plus.
You pay attention to detail, disciplined, a team player, good at following instructions and work well independently
You are tech savvy and can navigate all of the online apps, websites and smart phone.

You are comfortable with EHR - Theranest - training will be provided. It is very simple to use.
IMPORTANT - We get clients wanting to schedule within 24 hours. Will you be able to respond to OUR emails / texts / phone calls within 1-2 hours? Notifications on your phone needs to enabled...
Responsibilities
Responsibility to maintain one's own professional liability insurance
Develop treatment plan that addresses the client's mental health diagnosis
Provide individual, couples, children, teens and group psychotherapy
Enter session notes within established medical record system DAILY
Consult medical personnel, legal authorities, as required
Able to supervise associates is a bonus
Able to help with QA and QI of notes.
Respect and uphold client confidentiality
Perform other related duties as assigned . .

Patient satisfaction - reviews given by patients; Easy to work with you; Get your notes in within 24 hours; Easy to communicate with; End respond to the billing team quickly so that they can do their job completed; ability to adapt and learn different apps and EHR utilized in providing services to clients; not many restrictions on the types of patients you want to work with; Interested candidates, please email cover letter and resume.

All sessions are remote and conducted online.
You will never have to meet any clients/ patients face to face.

5. Since this work will be 100% remote, are you tech savvy, able to respond to texts, email, work an online EHR (Theranest), operate Zoom without difficulty and Google sheets.
6. Will you able to answer your texts and emails within an hour?
7. Open to learning new tech platforms - not rigid.
8. We have a great need for therapists who can conduct couples therapy. Are you able to conduct couples therapy sessions?

14. If you are not EMDR trained, are you willing to get trained in EMDR within the first 6 months of employment?
15. This position is ONLY open to those who are currently licensed in CA with the BBS. How many years of post licensure experience do you have?
We are unable to employ interns / trainees / associates / registrants of the BBS.

Please do NOT apply if you are a registrant i.e. an associate / intern / registrant / trainee (ASW, AMFT or APCC) accruing hours towards licensure with BBS.
This position is only for those who have completed their 3000 hours and have a license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D. in the state of California.
You do NOT have to live in CA though.
