Quick Results Counseling (QRC) is a California based health care group practice with locations all over California, U.S.A.
You will need to be able to work the following hours, as you will be working with the U.S. team in San Francisco Bay Area.
Monday to Friday - San Francisco PST / PDT

Job description Answering all phone calls, from prospective clients, giving them information on mental health.
Very good English is required, as you will be speaking to U.S. patients. Describing clinicians who could possibly take on the patient, and booking an appointment, immediately - verbal English is required. Responding to incoming emails/voicemails and text messages from prospective patients - within 10 mins, Scheduling for 40 clinicians - verbal English is required. Provide consultation to patients and assign a clinician Assign the patient to the right mental health clinician Informing clinicians of new patients assigned to them Set up the first appointment time on CRM and the electronic health record (EHR) Check and email eligibility and benefits insurance information needed, to prospective patients Verify eligibility and benefits information received from prospective clients, and insurance companies Accurately register and enter new patients and insurance updates into system Verify insurance details on all new patients by calling the insurance companies Review appointments kept and missed by patients Review copay / coinsurance and session payments made by patients and record it accurately in the patients' account and for the accounting team Review charges and payments made by insurance companies Inform of outstanding balances, from a patient Assigning patients to other clinicians in the absence of their primary clinician, in an emergency Schedule weekly patients and staff members on EHR calendar, for billing purposes Communicate when there has been a complaint by a patient ASAP Ability to touch type FAST
Do you meet the following criteria? Able to work remotely? Minimum - Bachelors degree Obtained an A in SPM English Able to work under stressful situations
Laptop processor - Intel Core i5 or better Laptop memory - 16 GB MUST own a 8GB RAM laptop/PC at a minimum. Must have reliable FIBER internet at home Mic that works very well, with noise cancellation Must be able to speak fluent English
2 weeks of PAID training will be provided so you feel competent to do all of the tasks below.

Are you able to write English well? Your job requires you to communicate in accurate grammatical sentences, as you will need to send emails to American patients about their intake? Is this something you are able to do with minimum supervision? What grade did you get in English, in your O-levels / SPM / TOEFL / high school?
Do you have a laptop with memory of - 8 GB or more? Do you own a laptop with processor - Intel Core i5 or better?
Do you have reliable FIBER internet at home?
Do you go on MC often? Do you have a habit of calling in last minute and saying you will not be coming in?
Since this is related to patient care, we cannot have employees who are constantly absent from work, and informing the employer an hour before the work starts.
