Quick Results Counseling (QRC) is a California based health care group practice with locations all over California, U.S.A.
You will need to be able to work the following hours, as you will be working with the U.S. team in San Francisco Bay Area.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily hands-on management of all accounting entries including credit card charges, reconciliation of patient payments and returns, insurance reports and payments, refunds and GL activity. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each week. Reconcile balance sheet at the end of each month. Monitor financial transactions and reports. Process accounts payable and process checks/wires weekly. Being responsible for the company general ledger. Clinicians and admin work hours & payroll functions including, preparation of hours worked, if notes are in, payments received from patients, if sessions have to be suspended, sending emails to patients about non-payments by patients or by insurance companies, Record staff PTO recording Prepare and submit monthly payroll Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, with patients Providing support to admin staff members in all insurance related matters. Create reports that help senior leadership understand company financials.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field. Proven work experience in accounting. Understanding of applicable laws and regulations. Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking. Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable. Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel. Familiarization with accounting software is a plus. Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.

Laptop processor - Intel Core i5 or better Laptop memory - 16 GB MUST own a 8GB RAM laptop/PC at a minimum. Must have reliable FIBER internet at home Mic that works very well, with noise cancellation Must be able to speak fluent English - patients / customers are in the U.S.
2 weeks of PAID training will be provided so you feel competent to do all of the tasks below.
