I will get you from point A to point B, in the shortest period of time, by utilizing treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, somatic experiencing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, guided visualization, and art therapy. With my 25 years of social services experience, in addressing challenges, it is apparent that the integrative, person-centered, and strength-based modalities, tend to produce the most effective results.
My personal style is steeped in my practice of compassion, wisdom, and joy. I have extensive and rigorous training in mindfulness meditation practices from the East, particularly. My Indian name Ananda means “bliss” and “joy” in Sanskrit. I specialize in guiding clients in living with joy, mindfulness, clear calm centered presence. I will coach you to align with ease, grace, and flowing abundance, to intentionally create through the alchemy of laughter, and play.
